ALL ABOUT KYLE
Born Leader Helping Others Reach For Success
Kyle is a natural born leader who can figure out what needs to be done, who needs to do it an why. He is influential and values good relationships with people. He is a natural networker and his mind is always processing what people are saying and striving for innovation and efficiency.
Kyle started his construction career as an electrician in 2007 after a family friend needed an apprentice. After working as an apprentice in his summer and weekend job, he pursued Electrical Engineering. He worked as a Forensic Engineer for a company that focused on electrical-related incident investigations (fires, explosions, arc flashes, etc). Shortly after graduating, he decided he wanted to be part of a different industry and went to work for an EPC firm in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. During that time, he gained experience in Electrical Power and Controls engineering work where he was involved with all phases of projects – engineering design, execution, and punch-list work. During his engineering tenure, he gained experience as a Project Manager managing scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships. Working on large projects around the country led him into the Construction Manager role while assisting with projects in Michigan. He left the engineering world and started working as a CM. He worked on several large yogurt projects and eventually made his way down to Georgia, working at a Cereal plant as the lead electrical CM managing 120 electricians during that project, which occurred during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Continuing on the geographic expansion to Cleveland, OH, and South Carolina. After working for a CM for a couple of years, Kyle decided the timing was right and pulled the trigger on starting Dell Management and making the first hire in August 2021.

Kyle's background brings a great deal of diversity to the client. His core focus on safety began when he was an apprentice and has grown through experience and knowledge within the industry. A unique strength of his self-performed work during all phases of a project, from FEL, conception, and feasibility; through engineering, design, and bidding; hands-on work and management during execution and construction; start-up and commissioning support & troubleshooting; and project turnover. Kyle's experience allows him to see the bigger picture and has proven the value of paying attention to the details.
The main reason I love what I do is that I get to work with talented and high performing teams—and I feel it is my responsibility as a professional to develop the same abilities for Construction Managers within our industry to better serve our customers.

Jim, Project Engineer/PM
Kyle acted as lead elec. CM on a very large construction project. His work is great. He is both highly technical and very organized, and also has a strong & effective manner with contractors, the trade AND with the design engineering teams.
He not only leads and manages his OWN areas but very effectively partnered with other disciplines to give a good PROJECT result overall.
